Clients seeking for refund would have to inform MKH INVESTMENT 90days to prior the Date of  refund, and a 40% administrative charge would be deducted. all of this would be based on managements approval.

After payment is made and all documents are duly signed, Units would be allocated to clients.

There would be a transitional period of 72 hours, before Clients can move into allotted units.

Yes, After allocation and the transitional period of 72 hours, clients can lease out their structure, but MKH INVESTMENT must be informed.

 

Every transactions that concerns any structure in Parkview Estate, must be done with adequate knowledge and participation of  MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED, the process of reselling will be carried out only by MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED, with the company being in charge of Survey and Deed for the change of ownership. And this would attract a 10% surcharge for this transaction.

If there is a default in the payment of installments, after careful and continuous attempts for payments proves abortive, The clients money would be refundedafter deduction of administrative charges of 40%. All this is subject to the managements decisions.

The Parkview Estate is a fully residential Estate, Hence no Acquired structure in Parkview Estate can be used for Commercial purposes whatsoever.

MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED, has never and would never be liable for any.

MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED is dully insured by mutual benefits and Parkview estate is fully insured also, so al transactions with MKH INVESTMENT is safe and secured.
