Federal Government Approves Ojoo Interchange Reconstruction, Boosting Real Estate Development in Moniya

One of the decisions reached at The Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday 17th January, 2024 was the approved reconstruction of the Ojoo interchange at Moniya-Akinyele, which will be funded by the Oyo State government.

The Ojoo Interchange project will improve the connectivity and accessibility of Moniya to other parts of Oyo State and beyond. It will also reduce traffic congestion, enhance safety, and promote economic activities in the area. The project is part of the Oyo State Government’s vision to transform Akinyele Local Government into the richest local government in the state within the next five to 10 years.

We applaud the Oyo State Government for its commitment to infrastructural development and we appreciate the FEC for its approval of this project. We are confident that this project will have a positive impact on our real estate projects in Moniya and the development of Oyo State in general.

Join us in celebrating this milestone and take advantage of our real estate projects on the axis of Moniya.
